4.5.<\/strong> During any period when we are reviewing commissions for potential fraud, we have the authority to withhold any accrued commissions until the review is complete. If we find any instances of fraud on your part, it will be considered a breach of this Agreement. In such cases, the Company has the right to terminate the Agreement immediately, and you will not be entitled to receive any accrued commissions, regardless of whether these commissions were generated through fraudulent means or otherwise.
4.6.<\/strong> You are expected to provide accurate and current details with respect to your preferred method of receiving Commissions. We cannot be held accountable for delayed receipt of Commissions due to inaccurate details provided by you.
4.7.<\/strong> Negative balances incurred due to chargebacks and refunds WILL carryover until the amount and related costs are recovered in full at each of our participating brands. In the case of CPA commission models, chargebacks and refunds from Fraudulent Accounts will be deducted from Affiliate commissions.

i. Actual or attempted bonus abuse by Money Players,
ii. Encouraging bonus abuse by you or a third party on behalf of Money Players,
iii. Chargebacks initiated by a Money Player,
iv. Collusion between a Money Player and any other player on the Sites,
v. Opening an account in violation of the terms of this Agreement.
vi. Offering or providing unauthorized incentives (whether financial or otherwise) to potential players by you or any third party, and;
vii. Any other actions taken by you or a player that can reasonably be interpreted as being in bad faith against us and our participating sites, regardless of whether these actions have caused any actual damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n6.0 Sub Affiliate Commission:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Sub-affiliate deals will only remain active as long as the referred affiliate remains at or above the minimum baseline earnings level. If a sub affiliate drops to the 10% Revenue Share level, the sub-affiliate relationship will become inactive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n7.0 Affiliate Rights, Responsibilities, and Restrictions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Belize, Costa Rica without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in Costa Rica and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Voc\u00ea reconhece, confirma e concorda que os danos podem ser inadequados para uma viola\u00e7\u00e3o ou amea\u00e7a de viola\u00e7\u00e3o deste Acordo e, em caso de viola\u00e7\u00e3o ou amea\u00e7a de viola\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer disposi\u00e7\u00e3o deste Acordo, os respectivos direitos e obriga\u00e7\u00f5es das partes podem ser execut\u00e1veis por execu\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica, injun\u00e7\u00e3o ou outro rem\u00e9dio equitativo. Nada contido neste Acordo deve limitar ou afetar qualquer um dos nossos direitos legais, ou de outra forma, por uma viola\u00e7\u00e3o ou amea\u00e7a de viola\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer disposi\u00e7\u00e3o deste Acordo, sendo a inten\u00e7\u00e3o desta disposi\u00e7\u00e3o deixar claro que nossos respectivos direitos e obriga\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o execut\u00e1veis por equidade, bem como por lei ou de outra forma.

Sempre que poss\u00edvel, cada disposi\u00e7\u00e3o deste Contrato deve ser interpretada de maneira a ser efetiva e v\u00e1lida nos termos da lei aplic\u00e1vel, mas, se qualquer disposi\u00e7\u00e3o deste Contrato for considerada inv\u00e1lida, ilegal ou inexequ\u00edvel em qualquer aspecto, tal disposi\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 ineficaz somente na extens\u00e3o de tal invalidez ou inaplicabilidade, sem invalidar o restante deste Contrato ou qualquer disposi\u00e7\u00e3o deste. Nenhuma ren\u00fancia ser\u00e1 impl\u00edcita por conduta ou falha no cumprimento de quaisquer direitos e deve ser feita por escrito para ser eficaz.

O prazo deste Contrato come\u00e7ar\u00e1 quando voc\u00ea se registrar como afiliado, preenchendo o formul\u00e1rio on-line. O relacionamento entre comerciante e afiliado ser\u00e1 cont\u00ednuo, a menos que uma das partes notifique a outra por escrito que deseja rescindir o Contrato, caso em que este Contrato poder\u00e1 ser rescindido imediatamente. A RESCIS\u00c3O EST\u00c1 \u00c0 VONTADE, POR QUALQUER MOTIVO, POR QUALQUER PARTE. Para fins de notifica\u00e7\u00e3o de rescis\u00e3o, a entrega por e-mail \u00e9 considerada uma forma de notifica\u00e7\u00e3o escrita e imediata.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
